Actually, Untied.com was very helpful in my problems with UAL. As a passenger, I had a simple 3 hour flight turn into a 28 hour ordeal. With the information garnered from UNTIED I was able to recoup most of my financial losses.

And as long as United continues to treat their customers the way they do, UNTIED has a place on the net regardless of who informs the public it exists.
