Success Stories
Although these are the ones we rarely hear about, there have been a
number of cases indicating that a polite, well phrased letter to United
can often achieve effective results. Sometimes, threats of legal action
are required.

Actually, Untied.com
was very helpful in my problems with UAL. As a
passenger, I had a simple 3 hour flight turn into a 28 hour ordeal.
With the information garnered from UNTIED
I was able to recoup most of my financial losses.
And as long as United continues to treat their customers the way they
do, UNTIED has a place on the net regardless of who informs the public
it exists.
