"Grievant is fully able to perform all aspects of RSM's work and was going to a 4/15/96 appointment to get cleared by her doctor. She was notified that her doctor was recently seriously injured and unavailable for an indefinite period. Grievant then went to a new doctor and was reviewed for only 15 minutes and given an unclear, confusing and incomplete medical eval. For example, the eval does not clearly state that grievant can lift 70lbs, though it does not state any maximum above the "can lift to 50lbs without difficulty. Grievant can lift 70 lbs, and will get medical verification if the EIS extension is granted."
