Dear Ms. Harvill,

One of my readers, Mr. Hauser, commented that your email address was apparently bouncing messages. This comes as a great surprise to me, since I know how committed you are at United Airlines to ensuring that customers can reach you and receive prompt personal replies. I am therefore sending you this message to find out whether or not Mr. Hauser was in error. It would be very disappointing for us to learn that Ms. Kimbell, former Sales Development Manager at UAL, was in error when she provided us with your address, or, that due to the volume of email you are receiving courtesy of Untied.com, you have decided to shut down your external address.
